Performance Marketing Manager responsibilities

Required
- 3+ years running paid search or social campaigns with >$500k annual budget responsibility
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one analytics platform (GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent)
- Ability to interpret ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels; experience with attribution modeling or UTM tracking
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages (Unbounce, Leadpages, or in-house CMS); basic HTML/CSS literacy helpful
- Track record shipping 5+ campaign launches end-to-end and defending spend decisions to leadership with data
- Comfortable with Slack, Asana or Monday.com, and exporting/pivoting data in Excel or Google Sheets
