  • Ability to interpret ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels; experience with attribution modeling or UTM tracking
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages (Unbounce, Leadpages, or in-house CMS); basic HTML/CSS literacy helpful
  • Track record shipping 5+ campaign launches end-to-end and defending spend decisions to leadership with data
  • Comfortable with Slack, Asana or Monday.com, and exporting/pivoting data in Excel or Google Sheets
