What files can I upload?

How does Penroll rank CVs?
The same role requirements and seniority guide are applied to every applicant. Each score points to stated CV experience, and missing or unclear evidence is shown as a gap.
Does Penroll make the hiring decision?
No. The model is instructed to ignore protected characteristics. Treat the result as a review aid: inspect the source CV, interview candidates, and make the decision yourself.
What happens to uploaded CVs?
Preview files are parsed and ranked in-flight. Penroll does not store the uploaded files or extracted text, and analytics record counts rather than CV text or names.
