Penroll is the AI hiring copilot for small and mid-sized businesses. Job posts, candidate ranking, interview booking, offer letters — the whole hiring funnel in one tool, run by AI, priced for SMBs.

We built Penroll for the awkward stage between “the founder does the hiring” and “we have a recruiter on staff.” That’s most companies for most of their life. They hire 1–10 people a month. They’re too small to justify a Greenhouse seat but too busy to read every CV themselves.

The existing tools force a binary: pay $6,000/year for an enterprise ATS that’s overkill, or live in a Google Sheet. Penroll is the third option — €17/mo, AI-first, no setup calls.

What we believe

• →Hiring AI shouldn’t be a $200 add-on. Every paid plan includes ranking, screening, and offer-letter generation. AI is the product, not the upsell.
• →Compliance is country-specific, not global. A US at-will-employment clause makes no sense in Germany. Penroll generates documents using the legal framework of the country you actually hire in.
• →EU-resident data, by default. Candidate CVs, screening answers, and offer drafts live on EU-based Supabase. GDPR isn’t a checkbox; it’s how the system was built.
• →Public pricing or nothing. Sales-quoted SaaS is fine when you have procurement on speed dial. We sell to founders. They want a sticker price they can approve over coffee.
• →Bias-aware by construction. The ranking prompt is instructed to ignore name, photo, gender, age, and demographic signals. It scores against the role requirements, not the recruiter’s pattern-matching.

Who we’re for

Five-to-two-hundred-person companies in the EU. Founders or HR partners running the hiring without a dedicated recruiter. Roles that already get 20–50 applicants and a CV pile that swallows the week.
