  • Demonstrated portfolio showing animation work across at least two mediums (UI, marketing, video)
  • Ability to work with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar at intermediate level
  • Experience translating briefs into motion concepts, with ability to iterate based on stakeholder feedback

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies (CSS animations, JavaScript) to collaborate efficiently with developers
  • Experience designing motion for accessibility and understanding of animation-related WCAG guidelines
  • Background in video production, compositing, or VFX
