- Strong SQL and database design fundamentals; experience optimizing Salesforce queries and data models
- Working knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce CLI)
- Salesforce certification (Developer or Platform Developer II); Salesforce admin experience valued
- Solid grasp of OWASP security principles and Salesforce Governor Limits; experience implementing validation rules and security models
