  • Phone and video interview skills with ability to assess culture fit and technical capability without role expertise
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent open positions and coordinating multiple stakeholders through hiring cycles
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with candidates and hiring managers to close offers and resolve compensation discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write clear job descriptions and feedback to hiring managers

  • Experience recruiting for tech/engineering, sales, or product roles in SaaS or high-growth environments
