  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with HRIS platforms (Guidepoint, Bamboo HR, Workday, or similar)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management—comfortable presenting to executives and delivering difficult feedback
  • Ability to balance empathy with commercial thinking; solve for both employee needs and business constraints
