  • Strong Excel/data skills for analysis and reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP minimum)
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into clear employee communications

Nice to have

  • CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) credential
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR) and data migration
