About the role
We're an early-stage fintech (Seed, 18 people) building infrastructure for embedded insurance. We're looking for our first dedicated Product Manager — someone who can own the roadmap, work closely with engineering, and translate customer problems into features that ship.
Based in London with two in-office days per week (Shoreditch).
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap from discovery to delivery
- Run weekly sprint planning with our engineering team of 6
- Interview customers and turn insights into prioritised problem statements
- Write tight, unambiguous PRDs — no 40-page specs, just the right amount of context
- Define and track activation and retention metrics in Mixpanel
- Work with our Head of Sales to build demo flows that close deals
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a product role at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
- Experience shipping 0→1 products, not just maintaining existing ones
- Comfortable talking to engineers about technical trade-offs without needing to code
- Data-literate — you can pull a Mixpanel funnel or write a basic SQL query
- UK-based or willing to relocate; right to work in the UK required
Nice to have
- Background in financial services, insurance, or embedded finance
- Experience with API-first products or developer-facing tools
