About the role
We're a B2B SaaS company (HR tech, bootstrapped, 12 people) looking for our first dedicated Marketing Manager. You'll own demand generation, content, and brand — building the function from scratch alongside the founders.
Fully remote, UK-based.
What you'll do
- Own the content calendar: blog, LinkedIn, email newsletter (12,000 subscribers)
- Run and optimise paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn Ads) on a £8k/month budget
- Manage SEO — brief writers, review output, track rankings in Ahrefs
- Build out our case study library (we have 14 happy customers, zero case studies)
- Coordinate product launches and run the comms calendar
- Report weekly on CAC, MQLs, and pipeline sourced
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in a B2B SaaS marketing role, ideally at a startup
- Hands-on paid media experience — you've run campaigns yourself, not just managed an agency
- Strong writer — you'll create content as well as brief it out
- SEO-literate: keyword research, on-page, link-building basics
- UK-based; right to work in the UK required
Nice to have
- HR tech or people-ops domain knowledge
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/MAP
- A newsletter or LinkedIn following of your own
