Delete your data

Every application you submitted on Penroll — your CV, contact details, screening answers, and any notes recruiters wrote about you — can be permanently deleted on request. Submit your email below and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days (almost always within 24 hours).

What gets deleted

• Every application you ever submitted (CV file, screening answers, status).
• Notes and ratings that hiring teams wrote about you.
• Email threads sent through Penroll referencing your application.
• Interview booking tokens and offer-response tokens.

What we keep for legal reasons

If a company has already hired you and signed a contract, that record is owned by the company, not by Penroll. We’ll redirect those requests to the relevant employer per Article 17(3)(b) — the legal-obligation exception. The confirmation email after you submit explains exactly what was deleted.
